Each piece from The 27th Hour is individually handcrafted and carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Because each piece is handmade, additional processing time may occasionally be required. If an unexpected delay occurs, you will be contacted with an updated shipping timeline.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside the control of The 27th Hour may occur.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the package has been picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

The 27th Hour is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact The 27th Hour as soon as possible. While an address may be corrected before shipment, changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been delivered by the shipping carrier, The 27th Hour is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. Please retain the original packaging and any photographs of damage, as they may be required for the claim.

If an order arrives damaged, please also contact The 27th Hour within 7 days of delivery so the issue can be documented and reviewed.
